I also have recently discovered Danger and I love the music. The images used on the website also do a lot for the imagination. I have been into sebastiAn, para one, data, teenage bad girl, terry poison and spitzer, to name a few. bloc party needs no further gushing over, JFK is out of character with such a sound, i feel. though i do like it.

i’d heard danger before, but not that track, and my assumptions of their sound was WAY off.

I must admit, I haven’t been wild about Justice, SMD, Kavinsky, et. al.

These two I can get behind however. Danger’s track is unlike anything I have heard recently; fortune kills.

Those remixes are pretty nice too, goodbooks’ in particular is more interesting than the original.

Danger is indeed incredible, but he seems to be one of a number of artists following in the sound laid out by Kavinsky. SymbolOne and Futurecop! are two acts of a similar bent that might also float your boat. For me, I think it’s great to see the territory Kavinsky once seemed to traverse on his own, is now seeing others have a look-see and come up with good music of their own.

Oh and 14h54 is the standout track for me off his EP. Madness.

Actually, I think you’ll find Fortune already has a s/t EP out. It’s available in the iTunes Store, although it’s damn near impossible to find, even with the search engine.
