You guys really should visit Copenhagen a week or two..
Trentemoeller is indeed the peak of the electronic music in Denmark, as well as - in my opinion - the world, right now. He frequently has shows in Copenhagen along with other danish electronic artists as Kasper Bjørke (myspace.com/kasperbjorke), Mike Sheridan (myspace.com/mikeosheridan - and he's only 18 years old) and of course Troels Abrahamsen aka. Supertroels (myspace.com/supertroelsmusic) the lead singer in the danish band Veto (myspace.com/vetosite).

How many of the readers at GWFA know danish music that well? Probably not that many, but I highly(!) recommend a visit to Copenhagen, or at the least a look at the pages linked above. It's really good stuff !

I hope someone finds my comment useful, I know I would, if not being danish.

Stay sharp

And did I mention that I'm going to the danish club Vega at saturday to see Trentemoeller live with Kasper Bjørke, and the entrance is free of charge ! Enjoy your week - I sure will !

Trentemøller really is someone who im dying to catch live - for anyone interested in creating their own electronica music a live show like this really sets the benchmark - and i quite like that he had guitarists there too to please the muscial purists out there and to really ground the performance

Agreed. Trentemøller really reinvents the electronic concert. Blew my mind too.

The track "Copenhagen" is by the 1970's Danish punk band "The Sods" (now "Sort Sol"). The track exists as a remix on it's own as well and it's ace.

Not sure what context you're referring to, but I don't really go to concerts by myself, so the we/our/us is generally appropriate there, Rya and I write this shit so if I'm referring to something we both like it again applies, and Fresh Prints is my room mate and I, so again, fully plural appropriate. But yeah, I've probably sold out somehow too.

Nice to see Trentemøller getting some love outside of Denmark. I can recommend his remix of Mikael Simpson's 'Virus', or Filur's 'You & I'. Both really solid remixes. 'An evening with Bobi bros' featuring DJ T.O.M. is also excellent.
